Separation of church and state: it’s a fundamental division dating back to the founding of the American democracy. But when it comes to the relationship between an individual’s religious beliefs and his/her vote, how a person arrives at a decision is as complicated as they come.
On Monday, October 15th, KPCC’s OnCentral Reporter José Martinez will delve into the ways our religious views shape choices in the voting booth. Rather than responding to a panel of experts, this group discussion will look to attendees to speak about challenges, concerns, and nuances around the complex and personal connection between faith and the vote.
Doors – 6:30pm
Program – 7:00pm
Admission is FREE, but RSVPs are required.
